Overview
Spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the space around the spinal cord or nerve roots, most often from age-related changes. It commonly causes leg pain or cramping with walking (neurogenic claudication) that improves with sitting or bending forward.
Common Symptoms

- •Relief when sitting or leaning forward
- •Numbness or weakness in the legs
